Tuck into our succulent Chateaubriand Steak complete with 3 flavoursome sauces, Bernaise, Szechuan Peppercorn and Jus, specially created to complement this superb dish, renowned for it’s tenderness and rich flavours.
Served with a vine tomato garnish and hand-cut chips, or if preferred a light and refreshing Hampshire watercress salad, this delectable dish is fantastic for sharing and is £32 for two people to share.

We have a delicious selection of wine to pair with this prime cut of beef and our high recommendation would be a bottle of our Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, a deeply aromatic Italian wine with crushed black pepper and spiced notes.
