Film and Dine
Meet award-winning arts film director Phil Grabsky (www.seventh-art.com) on Thursday, May 11th at 6.30pm for Prosecco and canapés in the gallery followed by two short films, Marlow Meets in collaboration with Tim Marlow. Royal Academy’s artistic director talks to Renée Fleming and Michael Palin in a gallery of their choice, Ms Fleming’s the Neue Galerie and Chuck Close’s Studio, New York, Michael Palin choosing Tate Britain. Marlow finds out how certain pieces of art have inspired and motivated them giving us a wonderful insight into the nature of creativity and a fascinating look at their lives and careers.
