For a lighter vegetarian dish, Chef has introduced us to a Summery Crispy Halloumi Salad with harissa roasted Mediterranean vegetables served with a chive creme fraiche. The spicy and fragrant paste gives a light kick to the vegetables completing the dish perfectly alongside the crispy textures and juicy saltiness of the halloumi cheese.
