We are conjuring up a beautiful summers evening in Padstow, Cornwall. Imagine the waves crashing against the rocks, the smell of the sea in the air and fresh seafood on the table.
For this month’s pop-up evening, we are celebrating as many of the delights of the sea as we can in one evening with our seafood feast to share. Taking inspiration from traditional crab shacks and seaside eateries, we have put together a fish platter to be enjoyed alongside traditional sides either in the restaurant, or the dappled shade in the courtyard garden.
Is there a better way to wind away a long summers evening than with fresh seafood and a crisp bottle of wine? We don’t think so…
